sidebar content...

something else i would like an opinion on. what to include in the sidebar. each block would contain what?

example:
block 1
login(if user is not logged in)

block 2
who is online
legend

block 3
birthdays

block 4
statistics

etc...

all input is appreciated :D

also, would you want this to be seen on every page(globally) or just on the index page?
