Chat doesn't work on forum

I have this chat version installed on my phpbb 3.1.9 forum, and it worked for some time, but now nothing pops up in messages. You type and press submit or enter and the message just "disappears". Also I noticed, that users show always offline in chat. Can you help please. Forum address is www.bulletproof.rs

if it worked before, and you have done nothing to the board to cause it to stop, then it's possible that the host has made a change to cause the issue.

No what I mean it's working sometimes, when I delete all messages and reload, sign out, sign in again. But when nobody posts for some time it stops working again. Now I can't chat again and tried to prune delete, it doesn't work. It is completely stuck now. Provider did not make any changes to the board.

the main problem kayzerica! had was the refresh times were set incorrectly
